The Harmony for APS Californa Reporting Module ensures that Harmony customers in the state are able to focus their resources on investigations and helping vulnerable adults rather than compiling data and processing paperwork.
RESTON, VA (PRWEB) February 25, 2010
Harmony Information Systems Inc., the leader in integrated health and human services management, announced today the immediate availability of the Harmony for APS California Reporting Module. This off-the-shelf, add-on option to Harmony’s on-demand adult protective services (APS) solution is designed specifically for the 58 county adult protective services agencies in the state of California.
Using Harmony’s APS California Reporting Module, counties across the state can compile information gathered during an intake and/or investigation into the State of California’s required report formats, and eliminate the labor-intensive process of manually compiling required information into an error-free monthly report to meet state specifications. The reporting module leverages and aggregates the information captured by the Harmony for APS solution which includes a rich set of case management tools to facilitate the management of a case from intake through investigation closure.
“We are excited to provide an off-the-shelf reporting module designed exclusively for California’s county-level APS agencies,” said Joseph Sander, President and Chief Executive officer for Harmony. “The Harmony for APS solution has been incredibly well received by county-level agencies across the state of California and this new module ensures that Harmony customers in the state are able to focus their resources on investigations and helping vulnerable adults rather than compiling data and processing paperwork.”
The new California APS Reporting Module includes the following state-required reports:
- SOC 242 - Adult Protective Services and County Block Grant Monthly Statistical Report
- SOC 341 – Report of Suspected Dependent Adult/Elder Abuse
- SOC 342 - Report of Suspected Dependent Adult/Elder Abuse for Use by Financial Institutions
- SOC 343 - Investigation of Suspected Dependent Adult/Elder Abuse
