Creating companies is difficult, complex work, and no two people will do it exactly the same way. However, Dr. Brinckmann's course and research create a disciplined foundation that is a tremendous resource for anyone who contemplates starting his or her own business.

"Harry Soza is an inspiring speaker with a wealth of information to share with students based on his substantial entrepreneurial experiences. He constantly goes the extra mile when it comes to sharing his passion for entrepreneurship with the next generation of aspiring entrepreneurs," says Dr. Jan Brinckmann, who leads the LUC efforts.

Professionals interested in the program can get involved by taking courses in entrepreneurship, providing business cases that students can work on, becoming mentors for aspiring entrepreneurs, and much more. Soza first became involved with the program in 2006 through a former graduate of LUC, and has now given numerous interactive lectures to different levels of the program, including the LUC MBA for executives and recently to executives in Barcelona.

"It is intellectually very stimulating to interact with these new or about-to-be entrepreneurs. By responding to their questions, concerns, insights and discoveries, I rediscover the joy and gratification of the career path that I have followed," says Soza.
