HBM now offers all its software packages with standardized maintenance contracts for software and support.

HBM, leader in test and measurement now offers standardized software maintenance for all its software packages. This applies to the different catman® versions (catman®Easy and catman®AP), Perception and nCode Gly-phXE™ analysis soft-ware. The software maintenance contracts include direct access to HBM's premium support as well as software maintenance and updates at regular intervals. This means new functions, adaptations to new operating systems (e.g. upgrade to Windows 7), and bugfixing. When purchasing an HBM software package, software maintenance for the first year already is included.

The maintenance contract enables users to gain access to HBM's premium support offering fast and competent answers to questions about the different software packages and to always use up-to-date software. If, for example, a software error occurs, users get an updated version where the error has been fixed. In general, this is even the case before the error occurs at the user's for the first time.

The software maintenance contract enables software costs to be accurately calculated. The annual fee already includes all performance features. HBM offers all customers who have not yet concluded a maintenance contract special discount conditions for conclusion of a contract by September 30, 2010.
