New 8x8 Cat5 HDMI Matrix Switcher for Digital Signage, Commercial and Government Applications.

KVMSwitchTech is happy to announce the introduction of a new 8x8 HDMI Matrix Switch which brings true flexibility to the industrial and production level Matrix Switches. KVMSwitchTech’s new HDMI Matrix Switch provides all the functionality that has come to be expected in any HDMI device including support for 3D imaging. It also has a new 2 line display so administrators can verify all their changes visually. More importantly, this new Cat5 8x8 HDMI Matrix Switch supports both HDMI Output and HDBaseT Output over single Cat5e/6/7 cable from a single unit simultaneously. This effectively turns the 8x8 HDMI Matrix Switch into a 8x16 HDMI Matrix Switch.

KVMSwitchTech’s new HDBaseT HDMI Matrix Switch comes prepackaged with 8 HDBaseT receivers (including power supplies) allowing immediate use of all 16 outputs. It also includes 8 separate zone remote controls for convenient localized output control and 1 master remote control. As with all of KVMSwitchTech’s quality HDMI Splitter and Matrix Switches, this unit supports user control through IR-remote controls, front panel push buttons, and RS232 (a serial to Ethernet TCP/IP adapter can be used to allow remote administration). This Video Matrix Switch is built for convenience and includes rackmount equipment for installation into a standard 19” server rack.
