New PIP Quad Splitter KVM Switch with image rotation feature and touch screen support

KVMSwitchTech is excited to announce the addition of a new Quad Screen Splitter to their product line. The new KVMQUADPIP-4XP adds a new level of functionality over the existing products by integrating DVI, VGA, and HDMI support through the existing DVI-I ports (HDMI by adapter).

The High-Definition video can be viewed on any of the displays in either Quad, Picture-in-Picture (PiP), Full, or Window modes. The new Window mode treats each source like a separate computer window on a single display. These windows can be resized or repositioned on the display through the use of various inputs such as a mouse or even a touch screen. The different windows sizes can be made to overlap with transparencies so that background surveillance can be maintained. All of this can be achieved in real time without frame dropping.

This new Quad DVI Splitter also offers a transparent USB 2.0 matrix, which allows switching of shared USB devices such as printers, memory sticks, touch screens, and finger-print readers between all 4 source devices. These USB devices can be switched through an active channel in software or manually with or without a warning. The Quad Screen HDMI Splitter also supports 7.1 surround sound audio through the HDMI outputs. However, the analog audio has not been neglected. Analog audio still supports stereo audio and is galvanically isolated to protect against noise induced by ground loops.
