At its recent National Conference in Orlando, Health Career Agents announced that, as of December 1, 2008, the healthcare recruiting and staffing company will no longer accept new Owner/Operators. Rather, the company will focus even more of its energy and resources on helping its current network of Owner/Operators to substantially grow their businesses.

Our Conference this past weekend focused on quarter million dollar producers in our network, which illustrates the fortunate position we are in to be able to concentrate on high profit margin activity with top producing Owner/Operators and work to help more of them reach those levels.

"We've enjoyed the challenge and excitement of working with new Owner/Operators as we assist them in launching their companies," according to Brian Marchant-Calsyn, Health Career Agents President. "Our Conference this past weekend focused on quarter million dollar producers in our network, which illustrates the fortunate position we are in to be able to concentrate on high profit margin activity with top producing Owner/Operators and work to help more of them reach those levels."

In just four years, the Health Career Agents network has experienced extraordinary growth as many of its Owner/Operators have attained revenue levels of hundreds of thousands, half a million, and even a million plus dollars. Going forward, the company will drive revenue in high profit margin areas like Shared Placements and staffing payroll funding with its Owner/Operators.

The cooperative success of so many of its Owner/Operators has directly benefitted Health Career Agents, for every time a Shared Placement transaction occurs - where one Owner/Operator identifies a candidate and the other provides an employer -- Health Career Agents receives 10% of the fee. From a typical recruiting fee of $24,000, the company receives $2,400.

Health Career Agents also supports its Owner/Operators with payroll funding for staffing services, where the company has the ability to greatly benefit its Owner/Operators and generate attractive returns on its capital as well.

To benefit growth in Shared Placements and staffing payroll funding, Health Career Agents will continue to recruit Sales Consultants, or commissioned sales people, for its Owner/Operators.

2009 Growth in Healthcare:

Healthcare has been America's only true growth industry over the past five years, and it's the only truly predictable growth industry for the next five years and beyond. If profitability and growth are the criteria, healthcare recruiting and staffing is one of the very few businesses that entrepreneurs should be considering right now. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, "Healthcare will generate three million new wage and salary jobs between 2006 and 2016, more than any other industry. Meanwhile, seven of the 20 fastest growing occupations are healthcare related."

Regardless of the bad news in almost every other industry, healthcare employment continues to grow at a steady pace. Even as Wall Street experiences record losses and almost every other industry announces lay-offs, healthcare recruiting and staffing continues to experience very strong growth. 50% Start-Up Funding:

True, funding the start-up of any business today is a challenge. That's why Health Career Agents has secured limited, no-interest financing, that allows new Owner/Operators to pay as little as 50% of their fee initially, and the other half in six months, all without interest or penalty. Again, no new Owner/Operators will be accepted after November 30, 2008.

For evidence of the growth within the healthcare and medical field, compared to the rest of the market today, look at the performance of drug manufacturers like Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD), Abbott Laboratories (ABT), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) and Genentech (DNA) or medical device and product makers like Intuitive Surgical (ISRG), Medtronic (MDT), Stryker (SYK), and Boston Scientific (BSX). Even though the entire market is down, these companies are highly profitable compared to the lackluster earnings and even losses in almost every other industry.
