The book, newly released to the public and now available for purchase, was published by Health Administration Press in collaboration with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), an international professional society of more than 40,000 healthcare leaders dedicated to improving healthcare delivery.

In the book, Bjork delivers advice to healthcare CEOs on managing compensation and to board compensation committees on governing executive compensation. The book provides insights, guidance, and best practice strategies on issues such as compensation philosophy, structuring executive compensation programs, emphasizing pay-for-performance, and public transparency.
