The site, built with the open source content management system Drupal, was designed and developed by LevelTen Interactive, a Dallas area Drupal development and design agency.

The new website was built using the premier open source content management system, Drupal. Drupal is currently in use by companies and organizations like Sony BMG, Warner Brothers and Amnesty International, among many others. Core to the the functionality of N-Bone.com is a zip-code look-up tool and custom designed content sliders.
Originally formed in 1996, NPIC focused on creating usable applications for a vegetable protein which could be used as an alternative to plastic. In 1998, NPIC first created the N-Bone line of healthy dog treats and digestible chew bones in response to a lack of healthy chew products for pets. Since that time, NPIC has expanded their product lineup to include products for dogs, cats and ferrets. Besides the flagship N-Bone brand, NPIC product lines include both Twistix and Get Naked.
