Topics to be addressed include sports nutrition, dietary supplements, pet health and stress management. There will even be dance lessons and demonstrations.

To go along with this health-conscious event, Massage School San Diego has released a tip sheet of helpful, healthy living tips:

  •     Get moving. Whether it’s a short walk with the dog in the morning or a trip to the gym on your lunch break, make sure you’re staying active.
  •     Get regular checkups. This can help you spot health problems early on and prevent future conditions.
  •     Get plenty of sleep. Sleep repairs your muscles, resets your hormones, and gives you the power to get through the next day.
  •     Always wash your hands. This can prevent countless illnesses and bacteria from getting into your system.
  •     Drink lots of water. It keeps your weight down and your body hydrated.
