For those that suffer from depression, health concerns, financial problems, or unbalance in their lives in any way would do well to check out Heal Yourself Talk Radio, a ground breaking internet radio show discussing natural and alternatives ways to happy healthy living.
Out of a deep desire to reach the masses and offer ways of healing Rebecca White of Sylvania, OH undertook this exceptional project in August of 2006. Rebecca developed a talk radio show that really says something. Her style is refreshing, her speakers engaging, the material is valuable.
"Because of my own personal journey dealing with depression, financial problems and loss of a family member, I felt a strong urging to start an internet talk radio show to offer guidance and help for those who are looking for ways to heal their mind, body and soul no matter what the source of pain is." states Ms White. "Since Heal Yourself Talk Radio started in August of 2006 I have had the opportunity to have a variety of dynamic speakers on such topics as "Transforming Pain into Power" with Doris Helge Ph. I believe that by adding a chat room that is audio based as well as adding live shows this will enable our listeners to be able to interact with guest speakers, find other listeners who are dealing with the same issues as they are, and help bring our communities back together by learning how to heal ourselves by helping others heal."
