At Brighton Spring, we are constantly looking for new ways to cut costs and improve efficiencies
Sullivan, MO (PRWEB) August 20, 2009
ATRO Engineered Systems, a urethane suspension components manufacturer for the heavy-duty truck and equipment industry, has launched a new corporate website to enhance customer experience and make online ordering simple and efficient. This website is available at http://www.ATRObushing.com.
The new site was officially launched in March and debuted with a link to the company's new corporate video. The new site was carefully designed to deliver new features and functions to improve the customer's experience with ATRO. For example, a new online ordering system now enables customers to search for parts by type, ATRO part number or by a competitor's part number.
The new website also includes a proprietary "savings calculator" that allows distribution managers to easily calculate how much money could be saved by replacing typical OEM rubber parts with ATRO's longer-lasting polyurethane parts. It also includes a company history, new product announcements, and tools to help users find local sales or discounts.
"At Brighton Spring, we are constantly looking for new ways to cut costs and improve efficiencies," said Ed Hartmann, General Manager, at Brighton Spring. " ATRO's new website is significantly improved and now lets us order all of our parts online, which helps us save time and reduce overall costs."
ATRO Engineered Systems President Mark Sturmon, explains the rationale behind the new website. "We've always tried to provide the best customer experience possible and give our customers options to doing business with us. This new website is really intended to take our customer experience to a whole new level. In just four months since its launch, 20% of our orders are being generated through the website, proof that our customers are looking to engage with us in new and different ways."
The corporate videos, which ATRO introduced with the launch of the new site, give customers and prospects more insight into the company and its products. The videos recount the company's history, explain the benefits of polyurethane parts as compared to those made of rubber, and demonstrate ATRO's turn-key operation approach - delivering everything from original product design to final shipping.
