Some of the book’s highlights include her ‘career’ as a bridesmaid, her marriage at the age of 42, the birth of her daughter at 44 and how she overcame seemingly insurmountable odds. This memoir also features stories and anecdotes contributed by more than a dozen of Helen’s friends. The combined stories give the reader the secrets to a long and happy life.
