Hemsley Fraser, a recognized world-class leader in leadership development, will launch a 21st Century leadership program designed to equip future federal leaders with the skills and attributes they need to meet the demands of the American public located in Washington DC.

The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) is a rigorous two-year paid intern program targeting high performing graduates, with advanced degrees, designed to develop future leaders. The federal government hires between 400 – 900 PMFs each year. Each PMF is required to participate in at least 160 hours of formal classroom training tailored to specific learning objectives during the 2 year program. The training may address both functional/technical and leadership competencies. Receipt of this formal training is ensured by the PMF’s agency.

The Hemsley Fraser Washington DC Leadership Summit is designed to:
