From the outside you see a brightly colored building with huge windows and an arched entryway with several steps leading up to an incredibly inviting, open space. You walk through the door and find yourself under a decorated archway, looking up to see the expansive ceilings carefully lit by beautiful, large hanging reclaimed-glass light fixtures. You're delighted by the magnitude of the millwork and the visible character the building offers - even in its undecorated state. You begin to envision your event, the individual reactions to the distinctive venue, the 'oohs' and 'ahhs' as they scan the space. Welcome to Herban Feast's new SoDo Park wedding, corporate, private party, and special event venue.

Officially introduced today, Herban Feast, one of the area's premier catering companies, unveiled for the general public its brand new event venue in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood. Just a mile from downtown, Herban Feast's SoDo Park site is located on a historical site built in 1907 for use by Stetson-Ross Machine Works. The 12,000 square foot loft-style space presents exposed beam ceilings, incredibly detailed millwork, vintage lighting and hundreds of square feet of window space that provides brilliant natural light. The spacious venue can be configured in unlimited ways to meet the needs of a party for 30 or 300, and accommodates up to 275 individuals seated and up to 450 standing.

"We've already received tremendous interest from individuals and companies who want to book the space for a variety of events - including galas, weddings, corporate off-sites and holiday parties," said BJ Duft, owner of Herban Feast. "We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a unique space that mirrors our essence and look forward to creating a lot of fun, lasting memories for people."
