Hero Nutritionals, LLC announces its lawsuit against Les Aliments SoYummi, Inc. for alleged trademark infringement for its infringing products SoYummi.
San Clemente, CA (PRWEB) November 6, 2009 -- Hero Nutritionals, LLC announced that on October 16, 2009, it filed a complaint against Les Aliments SoYummi in the US District Court in Santa Ana, California, Court Case- Civil Action # CV09-2824 RGK (AJWx) alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition arising from SoYummis' alleged infringement of Hero Nutritionals, LLC registered federal trademark, Yummi®. In its complaint, Hero Nutritionals LLC alleges that Les Aliments SoYummi products infringes Hero Nutritionals LLC's trademarks for its Yummi® line of supplements, including Yummi Bears®, Yummi Bears Organics™ and Yummi Sourz®, The law suit seeks injunctive relief against Les Aliments SoYummi, as well as unspecified damages.
