Frustrated by trying to keep your contacts, emails and tasks in sync? Small businesses everywhere increasingly struggle with this challenge as members of their sales teams have to manually import and export data into Highrise. Even with high-performing CRMs like 37signal’s Highrise, effective synchronization with Gmail and Outlook has been lacking. But now, Yoxel, LLC has developed a solution that integrates Highrise with Gmail and Highrise with Outlook to an unprecedented degree to streamline sales efforts and boost sales productivity.
About Highrise sync with MS Outlook: The synchronization between Highrise and Outlook happens directly to the Exchange server with no MS Outlook plugins involved; the cloud-based synchronization occurs on an hourly basis in the background. That means data syncs regardless of whether the end user is online, offline, in MS Outlook, in a web-based client, or on the phone. By syncing Highrise to the Exchange server, all updates are simultaneously available on all Exchange-connected devices – far more convenient than needing to install an MS Outlook plugin on every PC, phone and tablet.
Highrise contacts and tasks are synchronized to Outlook contacts and tasks. Highrise tags for contacts can be kept in sync with Outlook categories. Through automated discovery whereby relevant messages are located in Exchange mail folders and forwarded into Highrise, integration between Highrise and Outlook brings additional value to small business sales teams. According to Yoxel Managing Member Alexey Panteleev, “Yoxel is one of few companies, if not the only company, that provides cloud-based integrations with MS Exchange servers.”
About Highrise sync with Gmail: For Gmail users, Yoxel connects to a user's Google apps account via multiple Google APIs (email, contacts, and tasks). Contacts and tasks can be kept in sync with Google contacts and tasks. Email integration of Highrise with Gmail occurs via the auto-discovery of messages in Gmail folders; relevant messages are automatically forwarded into Highrise.
For Gmail contacts, Highrise tags can be kept in sync with Google contact groups so that each HR tag will have a corresponding Google group name. For many users, this makes it easier to do mass tagging/grouping from Gmail, where the interface is more user-friendly for assigning groups to multiple contacts.
About Yoxel LLC: Since 2011, Yoxel, LLC has focused on developing cloud-based services and addressing online data fragmentation challenges – specifically those involving Highrise and Gmail and Highrise and Outlook. The company is helping small business sales teams work smarter, not harder with an integrative solution that keeps Highrise customer data accurate and up to date.
Available subscription plans: Yoxel offers two types of subscription plans to accommodate small business clients’ needs functionally and financially. Contact-only plans that sync contacts 12 times per day start at $4.99 per month. Full plans (synchronizing contacts, tasks, and email) that sync data 12 times per day start at $7.99 per month.
