Sadhana Smiles from Hocking Stuart has won the title of Victorian Franchise Woman of the Year in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Excellence in Franchising awards.

Franchise Council of Australia CEO Richard Evans explains that the awards "recognise the outstanding achievements of individuals and organisations in the growth and development of their businesses and their contributions towards franchising in Australia."
The $128 billion franchising industry employs an astonishing 600,000 people. To glean one of the prizes on offer during the awards is a remarkable achievement in the face of such formidable competition.
Sadhana's role as People & Performance Manager at Hocking Stuart, a leading Melbourne based Real Estate Agency, has led to the implementation of several innovative strategies, all of which have contributed to the business' growth and success. Her drive and proven successes brought her to the attention of the award judges, however Sadhana is quick to point out that Hocking Stuart provided the perfect environment to facilitate her ideas.
Hocking Stuart has been helping people in the greater Melbourne area to buy, sell & rent homes since 1985 and is now a real estate industry leader with over 40 offices and an ever expanding number of real estate agents and property listings.
