Prior to joining New Home Star, Reese spent 14 years with KB Home where he served as National Vice President of Sales. As National Vice President, Reese led sales operations for all 31 KB Home markets nationwide. Complementing his sales experience, Reese also led KB Home operations as a Division President for multiple Texas markets. Following his time with KB Home, Reese served as Senior Vice President for Crozier and Henderson Productions, a homebuilder marketing and sales reporting company.
