2013 Travel Trends Survey of Agents Regarding Honeymoons

“While there are many resorts throughout the world, not all are geared to be the most romantic settings for honeymooners. As Honeymoon Specialists we are trained and stay up to date on the most romantic resorts…” Mary Jo Salas – Alamo Travel Group.

According to a March 1 article on Travelpulse.com, a survey done by Allianz Travel Insurance survey concluded that couples are still making honeymoons a priority. The survey also found that 67 percent of couples spend between $2,000 and $5,000 dollars on their honeymoon trips. Alamo Travel Group, a San Antonio based travel agency, can help honeymooners plan a trip that is best suited to their budget and travel wishes.

The Allianz survey also asked travel agents about what they would predict for 2013 trends, and found that couples wishing to save money chose all-inclusive vacations or shortened trip times. Honeymoon destinations are also still trending towards the traditional spots, like Hawaii, the Caribbean, Mexico and Europe.

For over 30 years, the Alamo Travel Group has been coordinating travel for all types of travelers. Their Honeymoon Specialists focus on understanding the couple's needs for their trip of a lifetime. Alamo Travel Group consultants will meet with the couple to get to know them, determine what they envision for their dream honeymoon, work within a couple’s budget and personalize a complete itinerary based on their preferences. “While there are many resorts throughout the world, not all are geared to be the most romantic settings for honeymooners.
