Honeymoon Couple off to Hawaii to Award Winning Hanalei Colony Resort

Honeymooner's Review Guide is sending Connie Costa and George Gomez of Beverlywood, California to one of its Choice Awards winning resorts in Kauai, Hawaii for a second honeymoon.

Corona, CA (Vocus/PRWEB ) February 6, 2008 -- Honeymooner's Review Guide announced that it is sending Connie Costa and George Gomez of Beverlywood, California to one of its Choice Awards winning resorts for a second honeymoon. "Connie and George along with other couples completed a brief survey to review and rate their resorts. This entered them in the 2nd honeymoon drawing contest for which they are the 2007 winners," explained Ronald A. Haller, President of the Honeymoon and Destination Wedding Website rated as one of the top three honeymoon websites on QuantCast.com.

"Without couples like Connie and George", added Michelle McKenzie, Senior Vice-President, "the website would not be able to assist other couples in planning their own weddings and honeymoons." The survey she adds, provides first hand honest information on quality, service, and cost which is provided on the website in many forms and is also the basis for their hotel and resort ratings found on the over 3000 resorts listed in their Honeymoon Resort Finder data base. The surveys and polls are also the foundation on which their Annual International Report on Honeymoon and Destination Wedding Hotels and Resorts is based.

Connie and George reported that they enjoyed their first honeymoon at the Residence Mer et Soleil in Mongerbino, Sicily. The couple has family in Sicily so were wed at "Arco Azzurro" within walking distance from Mer et Soleil. Connie describes their experience as, "Fantastic, a gorgeous property with bungalows overlooking the sea."

"We enjoyed the Mer et Soleil, but it might not be up to par with American standards," she added. She recommends instead for couples to stay in either Mondello or Taormina where "there are spectacular beach cities which are close to other beautiful cities, plus they offer gorgeous hotels that are up to par with American standards so you won't be disappointed." She also highly recommended that couples stay a few days in the Aeolian Islands.

The 2nd time around, they will be staying on the Island of Kauai, HI, at the Hanalei Colony Resort. A "Hidden Gem Choice Award" recipient, the resort is on the far north end of the Island with beautiful sugar white beaches only feet from many of the 1 and 2 bedroom condo-style units. The resort is also a favorite beach destination wedding setting. Nancy their wedding coordinator comes highly recommended by couples having wed at the resort. Their reviews can be read online on the Hanalei Resort page in the Resort Finder.

Couples still planning their wedding or honeymoon can go on the website to get professional advice on planning a destination wedding and honeymoon. If they want to take part in the survey and drawing, they can register on the site or at http://www.honeymoonersreviewguide.com/contests/newlywed-giveaway.html.
