Hope For The Warriors Announces Expanded Presence in Houston

National nonprofit that supports wounded service members and military families is thankful to Moran Enterprises for office space donation. Moran Enterprises is a business owned and operated by a wounded Marine veteran.

Hope For The Warriors® is excited to announce the addition of a new office located in Houston, TX. Hope For The Warriors® is already active in Houston but the addition of this office will allow them to expand their services. Hope For The Warriors® is a national nonprofit organization that assists combat wounded service members, their families, and families of the fallen.

The office space was donated by Moran Enterprises, owned and operated by Captain Dan Moran, USMC (Ret.). Moran is a wounded veteran and a member of Hope For The Warriors® Board of Directors. With headquarters in Houston, Texas, Moran Enterprises, Inc. is a private equity and management consulting firm serving domestic and international clients.

“Hope For The Warriors® is thankful to Moran Enterprises for supporting our work in the Houston area,” Robin Kelleher, Hope For The Warriors® President said. “The donated space will allow us to increase our reach in the Houston region.”

Hope For The Warriors® also announces the addition of Renee Ayres, Program Coordinator for the Houston location. Ayres will be working with the clinical care program as a coordinator. She will be aiding the Hope For The Warriors® Texas team in expanding outreach and relationships in the Houston area.

Ayres has been heavily involved with the care and needs of wounded service members and military families. In 2011, she was honored by Hope For The Warriors® with a Hope & Courage Award. Ayres is a licensed respiratory therapist, as well as a peer mentor with spouses at Hope For The Warriors® Family Reintegration Program events at Holliswood Hospital. She is currently completing her Associate degree in General Studies at the College of the Mainland. Ayres is the wife of a wounded Marine Corps veteran. Both Ayres and her husband are natives of Texas.

The new Hope For The Warriors® Houston office and staff will build onto the existing staff in Dallas, Fort Worth and El Paso, TX.

The mission of Hope For The Warriors® (http://www.hopeforthewarriors.org) is to enhance the quality of life for post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen who have sustained physical and psychological wounds in the line of duty. Hope For The Warriors® is dedicated to restoring a sense of self, restoring the family unit, and restoring hope for our service members and our military families.
