Delphi sales automation drives revenue

Delphi will help The Kessler Collection to deliver highly targeted marketing and sales campaigns by utilizing a central database for customer and account information. Additionally, the solution will also interface with Kessler's PMS (Property Management System) to provide a seamless flow of information across the applications. With Delphi at all properties, The Kessler Collection will be able to drill down into its business data and execute flawlessly on its events and meetings business. The company can also share information and leads in order to up-sell and cross-sell between its hotels.

The Kessler Collection will leverage Delphi for:

•     Targeted marketing and sales campaigns to increase revenue;
•     Seamless flow of information to and from Kessler's PMS for efficient operations;
•     Drill-down into sales and meeting data for flawless event execution.
