Four New Hospitality Clients Join VSAG Consulting Firm

VSAG, the leading national restaurant consultants and hospitality consulting firm, announced an array of new clients that have recently joined its roster.

The new clients, which range from national hotel chains to international conglomerates, have each tapped VSAG’s expertise to provide the creative and business support to develop viable, successful concepts and grow existing concepts.

McAlister’s Deli
In 1989 McAlister’s Deli, a fast casual gourmet deli, opened in a converted gas station in Oxford, Mississipi and now has over 280 corporate and franchised locations in 23 states Recognized by INC. Magazine as one of America’s fastest-growing privately owned companies, McAlister’s is one of the nation’s most vibrant quick casual concepts.

VSAG is working closely with the McAlister’s team to devise and implement a new system-wide catering program that will reinforce their family-run, American-style deli sensibility while showcasing the brand’s modern evolution. In addition to implementing the new programming, VSAG is slated to create systems that will allow a seamless launch of new programming in an already-established (and oft-franchised) business as it continues to expand on a national level.

Clarion Hotels
Clarion Hotels is a conversion-brand under the Choice Hotels International umbrella, one of the largest and most successful lodging companies in the world. Choice Hotels branded properties provide business and leisure travelers with a range of high-quality, high-value lodging options throughout the United States and abroad. The Clarion brand is a value-driven boutique that offers an approachable atmosphere with affordable rates.

VSAG is creating a culinary program that will seamlessly integrate into Clarion’s 170+ domestic and international locations. The VSAG program will include new F&B operations, kitchen design and functional standards, as well as menu development. It is anticipated that all of these new systems and standards will be implemented across the board into hotels that currently offer culinary services to guests, as well as those that currently do not.

Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh
The Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh is the largest privately run museum organization in Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania, operating four cultural institutions across the region, including The Carnegie Museum of Natural History, The Carnegie Museum of Art, The Carnegie Science Center and The Andy Warhol Museum.

VSAG will help Carnegie on high-level food and beverage development strategies, including upgrading current operations and menus and improving and supporting daily operations for food service.

Taco Taco
Taco Taco Café is the acclaimed fast-casual authentic Mexican eatery based in San Antonio, TX that has been heralded for its quality by the national media including Bon Appétit, Details and Food Network.
