In a bid to help the struggling travel and hospitality industry in Europe and the U.S., Screen Pilot, a digital marketing firm founded by Tom Dibble, are launching a 'Question and Answer' channel on Twitter (@HotelMktgQnA) for resort or hotel internet marketing professionals.

"When say a DoSM or DoRM posts a question to our hotel internet marketing specific Twitter channel, we'll reply back in one post as a DM with the answer. It's as simple as Twitter itself", explains Tom Dibble, CEO of Screen Pilot. "Our goal is to be 140 characters of help to flagged or independent hotel and resort properties that might be stuck or just needs a nudge in the right direction about their internet marketing efforts."

Interested people simply need to have an existing Twitter account and then simply follow @HotelMktgQnA and post questions. Screen Pilot will then have the best team member to respond back as a DM (direct message) to the person who sent the query each day.
