It's as simple as Twitter itself", explains Tom Dibble, CEO of Screen Pilot. Interested people simply need to have an existing Twitter account and then simply follow @HotelMktgQnA and post questions. Screen Pilot will then have the best team member to respond back as a DM (direct message) to the person who sent the query each day.
