Parent said that the new online tactic reinforces other Coakley & Williams strategies that include pay per click ads. “Our properties come up in the paid search and at the top of the organic search,” he says. When a traveler sees several listings in a row, chances are good that he or she will click on one of them.” hotel WebSpace provides 250 landing pages in an annual subscription, which enables Coakley & Williams properties to create and publish a landing page as soon as a local event is announced. “This is one of the most effective tools to drive reservations that I’ve seen,” Parent said.
