The Hotel Galvez, A Wyndham Historic Hotel, announces this year's menu for their annual Galveston Easter brunch. Executive Chef Jerry Helminski and his culinary team proudly present a Galveston Easter brunch with live piano music on Sunday, April 12, 2009.
This year's menu includes freshly prepared breads and pastries, deluxe chef salad station, peel-n-eat gulf shrimp and cold poached Atlantic salmon. Also featured on the menu is a "Fresh from Italy" selection of pastas and sauces, a carving station featuring prime rib, bourbon glazed ham, and Provencal crusted leg of lamb. For dessert there will be a selection of the Chef's sweet temptations.
Brunch at the Hotel Galvez includes complimentary champagne and mimosas. Reduced prices are available for seniors. Children under six eat free. Reservations are required for the Galveston Easter brunch. Seating times are 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. Bernardo's Restaurant at the Hotel Galvez also offers Easter Sunday breakfast and dinner with special menu items.
