Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. ("Houlihan") acted as exclusive financial advisor and placement agent in arranging a credit facility for its client, Reliable Turnaround Services LLC (“RTS”) it was announced today by Charles Botchway, Group Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Houlihan. The credit facility was provided by Crestmark Bank, based in Troy, Michigan. The transaction was led by Houlihan Smith Managing Director Sylvester Gbewonyo.
RTS provides a range of industrial services to petroleum refiners, chemical manufacturers, and other industrial clients throughout Houston, Texas and the surrounding area. Although in business for less than three years, RTS has been able to bring in experienced personnel to provide superior performance for some of the largest players in the space.
