Authenticity is the key to building a voice in social media outlets today and it was clearly Howard’s authentic voice that drew people into his radio show.

Greystack Digital Marketing announced that it has published and released “Stern Rules!: The Seven Rules of Business Everyone Can Learn From Howard Stern” today on Amazon.com. Stern Rules! is a guide to help businesses build a loyal following and massive audience of fans.

The book, written by Greystack Digital Marketing founder, Jamie Troia, a self-proclaimed “Howard Stern super-fan”, examines the mega-success of Howard Stern and explores the tactics and methods Stern has used to grow a multi-media empire.

“Howard Stern has in large measure single handedly changed what we hear on radio and watch on TV,” says Troia. “In Stern Rules! I talk about how Howard created a loyal following by peeling back the curtain on the radio show and letting all his listeners become part of the show. Howard has built his brand on honesty and loyalty to his fans, and that approach helped pioneer both reality programming and shock radio.”

Troia explores how Stern’s approach to audience building applies to many Internet savvy marketers and business owners who are working to build their own online “super-fan base”. “Authenticity is the key to building a voice in social media outlets today and it was clearly Howard’s authentic voice that drew people into his radio show. The book will show the reader how Howard did it and how they can do it too.”

Troia started listening to Stern in 1985 while he was a senior in high school in the suburbs of New York City. He subsequently lived in Albany, NY a market that Stern entered in 1992. During Stern’s famous run for Governor of New York in 1994, Troia attended the nomination ceremony in Albany after sneaking into the event behind Stern “Wack-Packers”.

Today, Troia runs Greystack Marketing a http://www.greystackdigital.com [ New York Inbound Marketing Agency __title__ ] and still enjoys listening to The Howard Stern Show.
