The Rapid Learning Institute (RLI) is pleased to announce its partnership with School Office Services (SOS), a firm that since 1999 has provided Human Resources and Risk Management support to business officers of over 400 independent schools throughout the country.
School Office Services will offer its client base a private-labeled version of the Human Resources Rapid Learning Center, an e-learning platform for HR executives and line managers. It will be called "SOS Rapid Learning."
SOS President Bill Rollings (SPHR) was drawn to the high-quality and brevity of the RLI's vast library of rapid e-learning modules. The RLI provides e-learning platforms and for HR executives, line managers and sales professionals. The core of RLI's on-line learning centers are their rapid e-learning modules - called Quick Takes - which are just six to 10 minutes long. They're designed to be viewed repeatedly, providing "interval reinforcement" and enhancing knowledge retention. RLI also offers blended learning options. The human resources training platforms offer programs on employment law compliance topics such as FMLA, ADA, discrimination and FLSA. It also offers modules on leadership, performance management, compensation management, HR administration, HR strategy and more.
