Huntsville Area Guide.com is an all inclusive website containing local and area information. It started as a Huntsville Alabama real estate website focusing on relocation specialties. With progress of any business comes change. It became evident there was a real need for a comprehensive guide to Northern Alabama. The main focal point will be Huntsville Alabama, the hub of north Alabama. The website currently produces more than 1,000 visitors per month with approximately four daily requests for additional information.
As with any quality business there must be revenue to support it. A limited quantity of advertisers will be allowed on the site. Within their current business model, the right balance of advertising will generate a significant increase in traffic. When the revenue goals are met they expect to go from 1,000 visitors to 59,000 visitors. This should produce more than 200 requests for additional information daily.
Huntsville is continuing to see significant growth due to BRAC and Cummings Research Park. Huntsville has more than 50,000 defense- and space-related jobs. The real estate section of Huntsville Area Guide will focus on all levels of Huntsville Al Real Estate and provide access to the Huntsville MLS. Huntsville new homes will be featured on the website such as Huntsville's first Green development, located on Green Mountain. Legacy Grove is another community with feature-rich homes, located in East Limestone. River Landing is the newest community located only minutes from Redstone Arsenal and Cummings Research Park. In addition to the Huntsville for sale area, a self management login console will be added for rentals and for sale by owner.
Huntsville Area Guide will not be seeking advertisers to only throw money at this site. They are seeking members for an exclusive website limiting the competition but providing the highest visibility. The site will provide quality services to the public and will not be a hard to navigate spam site. There is a fine balance between creating revenue and creating customers. Some of the current members on the site are Compass Bank, Breland Companies, Love Development of Alabama, Keller Williams Realty and Legacy Homes of Madison. Additional members will be added through an interview process to make sure there is a good fit.
