Golden to present key sales strategies for the new economy

John Golden, President and CEO Huthwaite, joins a team of sales experts to offer a virtual sales training program to members of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) and others in the sales and learning professions, on July 21 - 28, 2010.

Golden will present a session entitled, Embracing Change, Sales Strategies for a New Economy. In this session, Golden will examine common mistakes that sales leaders make in a difficult economy, and how to implement highly effective selling strategies that get results. Golden will discuss three fundamental truths about selling that can help organizations to “sell themselves out of trouble.” This session teaches how smart companies can avoid selling pitfalls and thrive in uncertain economic times.

Golden joins other sales experts, including Jean Mackintosh from Thomas International USA, Inc., and Paula Cushing of IBM. ASTD’s Sales Training Drivers Online Conference begins on July 21 and concludes on July 28.
