Indian Wells, CA (PRWEB) October 06, 2011
Hyatt Grand Champions Resort, Villas and Spa is pleased to announce the completion of an extensive $1 million renovation to the resort lobby. The renovation presents an entirely new contemporary aesthetic and streamlines the arrival experience for guests of the award-winning Indian Wells resort. To celebrate the lobby redesign, which marks the third phase of renovations at the resort, Hyatt Grand Champions debuts a new seasonal package, “Arrive in Style,” inviting guests to experience the resort’s modern profile and peerless service standards at an unbelievable value.
“This renovation represents a reinvention of the resort with a refreshed contemporary look and a brand new check-in experience that embodies Hyatt’s commitment to exceptional service,” said Allan Farwell, general manager of Hyatt Grand Champions. “With this transformation, we are renewing the resort’s commitment to offering travelers a stylish, comfortable oasis in Indian Wells to relax, play, indulge or all of the above.”
An Inspiring Sense of Arrival at the Indian Wells resort – Signifying a true transformation from the moment of arrival, the much-anticipated new 6,200 sq. ft. lobby features a striking new look with rich hues of red and plum and warm woods that complement smooth steel-colored tones expressing serenity and warmth. Conceptualized by the noted design and architecture firm Seifert Murphy, the beckoning lobby welcomes guests with a 20-ft. glass chandelier, which serves as the focal point of a “gathering place” featuring modular seating. The inviting space is ideal for impromptu meetings or a quick snack from the on-property deli after a day in the sun. An entirely new check-in experience offers modular pods for a seamless arrival experience.
“Arrive in Style” Package at the Palm Springs resort – In celebration of the resort’s fresh new look, Hyatt Grand Champions invites guests to “Arrive in Style” this fall and winter with an overnight package that showcases the newly-envisioned arrival experience. Available immediately for booking travel through Dec. 29, 2011, guests who reserve one night at the resort will receive 50 percent off their second night. Multiple room night bookings will receive 50 percent off every second night. Package rates begin at $159. Guests must enter the booking code: BOGO11.
An Unparalleled California Desert Experience– This lobby renovation is the third phase of a multi-million dollar transformation of the resort. In February 2008, Hyatt Grand Champions’ first phase of renovations included the complete redesign and reconcepting of the property’s Lantana Restaurant and expansion of the resort’s 25 private villas. A sophisticated and convivial destination for both locals and visitors, Lantana features globally-inspired California cuisine. The villas offer the ultimate in privacy and world-class amenities. In October 2010, the resort introduced a transformation of their 26 luxury Penthouse Suites and the lobby bar, renamed Agave Sunset. Looking ahead, Hyatt Grand Champions will continue its transformation with upgrades to be announced in early 2012.
