IADT-Seattle Adds Information Technology Programs to Curriculum

Students who are interested in learning more about the technology industry can now pursue a degree program in Information Technology. IADT-Seattle now offers two new programs in its curriculum: an Associate of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Both programs are designed to offer students the opportunity to develop technical knowledge and skills that suit their interests as well as their career goals.

The new IT programs open up a variety of new learning opportunities for students who want to pursue prospects in the technology field.

IADT-Seattle has recently added two Information Technology programs to its curriculum. Students can choose from an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program to suit their educational and career goals. The new IT programs open up a variety of new learning opportunities for students who want to pursue prospects in the technology field.

The IT programs offer detailed curriculums that allow IT majors to gain experience covering a wide range of technical topics. Both IT degree program levels offer instruction in virus detection, database design and development, Web programming, and PC troubleshooting.

The Information Technology courses available to IT majors include Security Fundamentals, Database Design and Development, End User Support, Web Programming, Object Oriented Programming, and Linux Operating Systems. The diverse and detailed instruction offered in these classes promotes the program goal of teaching students the fundamentals of installing and managing information systems for all types of organizations.

By enrolling in one of the Information Technology degree programs at IADT-Seattle, students engage with network technologies and tools in their training. Some of the skills students can develop include configuring and administering local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).

Whether students choose to pursue an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, they have access to all the educational resources they need to achieve academic success at IADT-Seattle.
