Our customers can now see a summary of their shopping cart along with all information related to billing and shipping on a single page -- no more going backward to double-check or make changes.

Demonstrating the commitment to exceed their customer's expectations, ID Wholesaler recently launched an all-new website at IDWholesaler.com.

"One of the most impactful changes we made with the new site is integrating guided navigation," explained Chris Penn, VP of Sales and Marketing at ID Wholesaler. "This navigation allows our customers to narrow a selection of products based on the features or specifications they're looking for, helping to ensure that they find the right product for their needs. It also saves our customers' time by requiring fewer clicks and page refreshes."

Penn went on to say, "Like any technology product, purchasing an ID card printer can be confusing and intimidating for those not familiar with them. To help our customers who are new to PVC card printing, our site includes a Printer Selector to help determine which features they need in a printer. To do this, the wizard leads customers through a short series of questions based on the use of their cards and what will be printed on them. The wizard then presents a selection of printers that are appropriate based on the answers provided."

Other extraordinary new features the site offers include an address book, a quick reorder function, product reviews by PowerReviews, and a one-page checkout. "Previously, our checkout was a four-page process. We've cut that down to a very convenient single page," Penn commented. "Our customers can now see a summary of their shopping cart along with all information related to billing and shipping on a single page -- no more going backward to double-check or make changes."
