In his role as vice president of government affairs and chief privacy officer at ID Analytics, Thomas Oscherwitz monitors and manages compliance with key government laws and regulations in the field of Identity Risk Management like the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) and the USA PATRIOT Act.
