Ideal Tax Solution says it will invest an additional thirty-three percent next year in order to maintain the “one on one” level of service.

Ideal Tax Solution announced today that the company has been successful in its efforts to further increase the quality of service for its clients. According to a study conducted and paid for by their public relations department, the satisfaction of its clients has increased by eight percent compared to last year. Clients of Ideal Tax Solution are asked to fill out a short questionnaire about the service rendered after their case has been resolved. The questionnaire asks how satisfied Ideal Tax Solution’s clients are about the service and how likely they are to recommend Ideal Tax Solution to a friend or family member. From January to September, 2011, on average eighty-seven percent of the company’s clients said that they were satisfied with the service and about thirteen percent said they were not. Compared to last year’s results in the same January to September survey cycle, this year ninety-five percent of clients said that they were satisfied with Ideal Tax Solution’s service and about five percent said they were not. The management at Ideal Tax Solution has used these figures to support the decision made last year to invest further in its service infrastructure, as a good one. “I’m really not surprised that a high number of our clients have been able to enjoy working with us”. Says Liz Saunders, a manager at Ideal Tax Solution.

As a result of improved customer satisfaction, Ideal Tax Solution has made plans to increase investments in its service infrastructure every year in order to meet client demand. More specifically, the company says it will invest an additional thirty-three percent next year in order to maintain the “one on one” level of service. As of yet the company has made no plans public on whether or not it will launch a sub brand of it services. Ideal Tax Solution in the past has expressed an interest in launching a sub brand that would resell it services to clients with very low liabilities. The company said that if it does launch a sub brand don’t expect it this year.
