Integrated Healthcare Strategies, a human resource performance and engagement consulting firm to healthcare organizations, is pleased to announce the addition of Mark Wade to its team as Senior Vice President. Wade will be an advisor to the firm’s hospital and health system clients on a diverse platform of executive compensation and benefit issues.
Wade has worked with hospital boards, equity investors, and executive committees, providing them with overall compensation strategies that cover the design, evaluation, and financial impact of not-for-profit reasonableness opinions, market competitive base and incentive compensation, stock and other long-term incentive programs, executive contracts, change-in-control and parachute programs, stay bonus and retention programs, supplemental executive retirement programs, and perquisites.
Mr. Wade received a BBA in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Baylor University and is a Certified Compensation Professional through World at Work.
Wade is positioned in the firm’s Dallas office. The opening of the new Dallas and Columbus offices is part of IHStrategies’ growth plan that includes acquiring more consultant talent and geographic expansion to better serve its clients.
