The time has arrived where demonstrable ROI and affordability have intersected to create a compelling business case for these solutions.

Willis Group announced today that it has formed a subsidiary, Image Engine, to address the growing need in the marketplace for document imaging and information management solutions. The subsidiary was formed in response to the explosive growth in demand for records conversion and management driven by emerging technology, regulatory mandates and incentives as well as evolving best practices across a wide range of industries. Image Engine will offer a suite of consulting services and point solutions aimed at helping enterprises achieve efficiencies, compliance, risk mitigation and information accessibility and security.

Founded in 1977, the Willis Group has attracted a team of seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of key vertical markets and the solutions they need to manage their information, improve their efficiency and manage their costs. Mark Willis, Willis Group President and CEO, is a firm believer in the value that these solutions represent for clients in information intensive industries. “We get truly excited about bringing offerings to market which make a real difference for the organizations and, ultimately, the individuals we serve. This is one of those opportunities. Many of the organizations for which these solutions are so attractive also have large consumer client bases and constituencies. So, the positive impacts are felt well downstream.”

Mr. Willis went on to say that “The time has arrived where demonstrable ROI and affordability have intersected to create a compelling business case for these solutions. The emergence of these cost effective options represents a distinct opportunity for organizations in numerous industries to further optimize performance and security around their critical information and intellectual capital. Digitization of historical data will also open up significant revenue streams that were previously unavailable due to limited accessibility and manually intensive research and retrieval processes.”
