Improved Experience, a leading developer of business intelligence software for Human Resources and Talent Management organizations, has announced an indirect sales agreement with The Curtiss Group International of Fort Lauderdale, FL. The agreement will allow The Curtiss Group to represent the Better Hires© suite of products in the state of Florida, and to generate consulting revenues as a result of the products' robust diagnostic capabilities.

"I am genuinely excited that our products will be represented by a team with the credibility, expertise and professional quality of The Curtiss Group," said Alise Cortez, Founding Partner and Head of Sales at Improved Experience. "Florida is experiencing tremendous business growth in our targeted vertical markets at this time, and partnering with The Curtiss Group gives us critical visibility with executive HR leadership in each of those areas. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship."

Karl Shinn, CEO and Senior Managing Partner at The Curtiss Group, is equally enthusiastic about the agreement. "Improved Experience products bring a riveted focus on feedback and measurement to hiring and employee retention. Our clients set a high bar in recruitment, and we are proud to represent this strategic, diagnostic tool to help them compete more efficiently and effectively for talent."

Adds Homer Reid, Director of Consulting Services at The Curtiss Group said, "I've been in this industry for more than 30 years, and I don't often get excited about a product. I'm excited about Get Better Hires because it is the missing link in the Talent Management tool set, giving our clients full visibility into drivers of both success and failure in the hiring cycle."

Get Better Hires is a subscription-based, online feedback portal that allows employers to tap into a constant stream of job seeker experiences and perceptions. Feedback and demographics are continuously captured at specific points before and after hire, and aggregated responses are subsequently presented to the company in real-time on a secure, online, business intelligence dashboard. Resulting data provides critical gap analysis that can result in competing more effectively for talent, more efficiently using recruiting resources, and leveraging employer brand for improved employee retention.
