Ted Jackson, CIO of Sport Chalet, and Doug Wilson, Director of eCommerce at American Tire Distributors, will share their experiences deploying and using store inventory and location to provide enhanced delivery options to customers.

In addition, Shopatron executives will be holding a roundtable breakfast session at the conference to share in-store pickup best practices. Sean Collier, COO of Shopatron, who is one of the industry’s experts in distributed fulfillment systems, will be moderating this session at 8:00 am on Friday, October 2nd.

The 3rd annual Cross-Channel Executive Summit will take place September 30th – October 2nd, 2009 at Charleston Place in Charleston, South Carolina. This invitation-only event combines an executive setting with an agenda focused on strategic business and technology imperatives critical to retailers operating in a multi-channel marketplace.
