(the “Company”), (Pink Sheets: INDR) today confirmed that their wholly owned subsidiary NetMix Broadcasting Network, Inc. (“NetMix”) has signed a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) to partner with Bob Perry and Big Sticks Broadcasting to expedite marketing to terrestrial stations and develop programming for content on www.NetMix.fm.

NetMix approached JACK-FM (www.jackfm.com) founder Bob Perry to develop an effective marketing strategy to launch their new broadcasting service targeted to terrestrial stations that are presently unable to broadcast via the Internet. Terrestrial radio stations are able to broadcast their current format through a turnkey service offered on a subscription basis by NetMix Broadcasting. The NetMix technology, allows station partners to broadcast live to listeners via the Internet with no additional hardware.

Bob Perry developed the format and marketing strategy that came to be known as JACK-FM, programming for terrestrial radio stations. Further enhancement of his brand has resulted in growth from one Vancouver station in December of 2002 to over 50 international stations worldwide with eight million weekly listeners in North America. JACK-FM has now launched in the U.K. and Russia and is engaged in partnership negotiations in three other European markets.

The LOI outlines the terms under which Bob will assist NetMix develop a marketing campaign to solicit terrestrial stations Internet broadcasting business. His expertise in this area is invaluable and his programming skills and knowledge of the overly complicated royalty fee structures will also allow NetMix to acquire proper permissions for top notch program content.
