We are very enthusiastic about the expansion of our clinical team, which will advance our ability to provide the kind of critical individual therapy to our clients that has made us the leader in therapeutic substance abuse treatment.
Laguna Beach, California (PRWEB) July 19, 2012
As part of its ongoing commitment to improve patient care and treatment, Miramar Treatment Center, an alcohol abuse treatment, substance abuse treatment, and dual diagnosis treatment leader, has added key experts to its growing clinical and administrative teams.
Specifically, the Center’s Clinical Team has added a Masters-level Marriage and Family Therapist to meet its patients’ increasing needs for customized, one-on-one individual therapy.
In addition, the Center has launched and staffed a Human Resources Department, which will serve as a valued resource for staff and employees with respect to policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, payroll, benefit programs, and other key administrative, operational and personnel functions.
The expansion also supports fellow clinicians, physicians, treatment facilities, and others involved in the chemical dependency field, who work directly and indirectly with the Center to help its patients achieve successful and lasting healing from alcohol abuse, drug abuse, and dual diagnosis conditions.
“We are very enthusiastic about the expansion of our clinical team, which will advance our ability to provide the kind of critical individual therapy to our clients that has made us the leader in therapeutic substance abuse treatment,” commented Derik Brian, President and Founder of Miramar Health, Inc. “We’re also excited about the creation of our in-house Human Resources Department, which will be valuable to our staff and employees.”
