The Semantic Web is becoming increasingly recognized as a critical component of a successful Web strategy, and Inform is on the leading edge of the space.

Inform is a "journalistic" technology solution for established media companies that works as an extra editor, intelligently mining and linking content from sites, archives and the Web overall. The solution automatically creates links within content as well as new, topic-specific pages. The result of Inform's Semantic Web technology is that readers spend more time on the site and view more pages, providing media companies with opportunities to generate additional revenue.

Inform CEO James Satloff stated, "Josh has exactly the right combination of skills and experience for Inform – he knows the media industry and he knows the role technology can play in helping transform traditional businesses. He understands our offering and the challenges our clients are trying to meet."

Said Mr. Kirschner, "I'm excited to be part of a company that has been able to provide so much value – both in increased user engagement and improved site monetization – to such an impressive list of authoritative media clients. The Semantic Web is becoming increasingly recognized as a critical component of a successful Web strategy, and Inform is on the leading edge of the space."
