Every instructor is specially trained to guide clients in achieving their fitness goals, whether it is lose weight, battle diabetes or osteoporosis, improve muscle strength, improve their golf game or achieve a healthier lifestyle.
NEW YORK, N.Y. (PRWEB) June 16, 2013
InForm Fitness, a personal training company whose fitness routine based on the Power of 10 Workout is specifically designed to give clients optimal results in less time than conventional ones, announced today its recent expansion to locations throughout the U.S. and South America.
Headquartered in New York City, the company opened studios in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, Calif., Leesburg, Va. and Santiago, Chile, with more scheduled to open in the third and fourth quarters of 2013.
Last summer, the company launched a customized Mobile Gym. “We brought our Mobile Gym to the Hamptons, Long Island, N.Y. because we wanted our clients to maintain their progress even when they didn’t have access to one of our studios. It was a huge success,” says Adam Zickerman, founder of InForm Fitness and “The Power of 10” co-author. “This is just one of the ways we work with our clients to help them achieve the results they want.”
Currently, the Mobile Gym is traveling to private homes and office locations throughout New York and New Jersey.
In ways both fundamental and cosmetic, InForm Fitness studios are designed to provide comfort and privacy to ensure each work out is conducive to optimal concentration and peak performance. The studios eliminate distractions commonly found in gyms — such as battling crowds for machines, listening to amped-up music or wall-to-wall mirrors. Here, each client is attended to on a one-to-one basis in a quiet, temperature-controlled studio.
InForm Fitness caters to people who don’t have time to exercise regularly. The success is based on the Power of 10, a safe and efficient exercise routine that requires only 20-30 minutes once a week. Clients range in overall health, physical condition and age. While celebrities and executives are among their clients, InForm serves young adults in their 20′s to seniors in their 90′s.
Unlike conventional routines that demand exercise multiple times a week, this slow-resistance weight-training program allows clients to achieve results in less time. Although this method contradicts mainstream fitness beliefs, solid research and continuous client success proves this is the ultimate program for people who don’t have the time to exercise regularly yet want to feel and look like they do.
“Every instructor is specially trained to guide clients in achieving their fitness goals, whether it is lose weight, battle diabetes or osteoporosis, improve muscle strength, improve their golf game or achieve a healthier lifestyle,” says Zickerman.
