INgage Networks, an award-winning enterprise social media and mobile marketing solutions provider formerly known as Neighborhood America, is greatly expanding its federal, state and local focus and increasing its commercial presence with the executive leadership appointments of two industry veterans, Mike Mullen and Tim Perez. Mullen joins the team as Vice President of Federal Sector, and Perez as Vice President of Sales, jointly bringing more than 30 years of experience to the public and private sector markets.

Mullen comes to INgage Networks after a 15-year tenure at INDUS Corporation, where he led the company’s growth from a start-up venture to a $100+ million enterprise. Mullen has a strong track record enabling federal leadership to achieve goals through strategic acquisition of technology and professional services. He also currently serves as the Vice Chair at-large for the Industry Advisory Council’s (IAC) Executive Committee, which represents 550+ member companies who work to bring industry and government executives together to enhance government’s overall ability to serve the public.

Prior to joining INgage Networks, Perez served as Vice President and General Manager of the northeast region for Siemens Communications, Inc. He managed $72 million in P&L for his direct sales force that spanned from Philadelphia to New York City and the New England area. Perez served for 10 years as an Army Intelligence Officer, including service with the Bush and Clinton Administrations in the White House Situation Room, as well as the 82nd Airborne Division. He is a 1986 Distinguished Military Graduate from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI).
