International Screening Solutions Announces Settlement of Lawsuit against Former ISS Executive and Permanent Injunction Prohibiting Use of Proprietary ISS Information

The court made permanent an injunction against Kristin L. Stafford and Vital4Data, LLC and Vital For, LLC, prohibiting use of ISS confidential and proprietary information including, but not limited to, information that Ms. Stafford removed from ISS without authorization during her employment and that she later alleged that she destroyed.

International Screening Solutions, Inc., has reached a settlement of the lawsuit filed against former ISS executive, Kristin L. Stafford, which prohibits Ms. Stafford and her affiliated companies from using ISS confidential and proprietary information. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia accepted a mediated settlement and made permanent an injunction against Ms. Stafford and Vital4Data, LLC and Vital For, LLC, prohibiting use of ISS confidential and proprietary information including, but not limited to, information that Ms. Stafford removed from ISS without authorization during her employment and that she later alleged that she destroyed.
