In the matter regarding Officer Aaron Miller and his $1.5 million workplace retaliation lawsuit that was filed against the City of Oceanside, Mr. Gilleon appeared on KGTV, Channel 10. The lawsuit returned a verdict in favor of Mr. Giles and approved a $100,000 counterclaim for Mr. Giles that ordered either the return of an engagement ring given to Mr. Giles’ former fiancée or payment of the value of the ring.
