Installation, maintenance and on-going support of the server infrastructure are provided by InLoox. Hosting takes place at data centers in the European Union and in the United States where data security is always given top priority. The subscription is based on the number of users and starts at $19.95 per month. The package also includes software upgrades and the free technical service hotline.
Another advantage of InLoox now! is the fact that the solution grows with the customers’ businesses and that it is flexibly scalable. External or changing business partners can be easily integrated into a project, because the access for temporary team members can be flexibly rented and terminated.
InLoox now! is platform-independent and supports all the major Internet browsers, such as the Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. The users and their project partners can collaborate across projects, sites and departments and they can access the centralized team knowledge from different devices, such as from a PC, an Apple Mac, a tablet or a smartphone.
