The Association of Energy Service Professionals (AESP) Mid-Atlantic Regional Chapter (MARCh) will host a panel discussion and networking event in Saratoga Springs, New York on Thursday, June 13, 2013. The event, “Pushing the Boundaries: Innovative Energy Efficiency Strategies and Initiatives in Our Own Backyard,” will be held at the Gideon Putnam Resort.

The Association of Energy Service Professionals (AESP) Mid-Atlantic Regional Chapter (MARCh) will host a panel discussion and networking event in Saratoga Springs, New York on Thursday, June 13, 2013. The event, “Pushing the Boundaries: Innovative Energy Efficiency Strategies and Initiatives in Our Own Backyard,” will be held at the Gideon Putnam Resort.

AESP provides professional development programs, a network of energy practitioners, and promotes the transfer of knowledge and experience. Their members work in the energy services industry and represent electric and gas utilities, public benefits associations, regulatory and non-profit entities, vendors, manufacturers and consulting firms. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Chapter covers the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Their mission and goals are to promote and advocate for utility development of energy efficiency, energy management and renewable energy through greater participation in the energy industry, including recruitment and career advancement at college and technical training levels.

Esteemed panelists include representatives from Central Hudson Gas & Electric, SmartWatt Energy, OPower, National Grid, Energy & Resource Solutions, NYSERDA, C3 and NYSEG/RG&E. Discussions will be focused on experiences with new and emerging technologies and how these industry trendsetters are working locally to innovate in the energy efficiency field.
