Aslan Sales Training, a global sales training and consulting firm, will be holding two sales training seminars in October. Both seminars are part of Aslan's popular seminar series that centers on improving sales performance at all levels.

On October 9-10, 2007, Aslan will present its Account Development Skills (ADS) seminar in Chicago. This small-group seminar, which is designed for sales reps and managers, equips both inside and field sales reps with the unique skills and processes to prospect for customers via the phone in today's increasingly competitive selling environment. Seminar participants will learn how to establish a rapport in the first seconds of a sales call, navigate the barriers of an organization to connect with the key influencers, encourage unreceptive prospects when making a cold call, and initiate a discovery meeting over the phone when rapport is low.

The seminar will be led by Tab Norris and Glenn McCoin. Tab is one of the founders of Aslan and is widely recognized as the thought leader in sales training. On October 11, 2008 McCoin will present Aslan's High Performance Coaching (HPC) seminar, entitled "Coaching - The Missing Link in Rep Performance." Participants will learn how to build a positive relationship with sales reps, the six step coaching model for developing reps, the keys to motivating and engaging unreceptive learners, and how to mold coaching styles to work with all skill levels.
